Well Black Friday is part of my Thanksgiving vacation from school. Since it is not a school day but a vacation day, do the labor laws change? My job had originally requested me to come in at 3AM, which I really want to do, but then they said labor laws wouldn't allow me to come in untill 7AM.

- At age 17 you should be able to do any nonhazardous work for unlimited hrs. & w/o any restriction on starting & ending time.
If there is any curfew in your area for someone your age, it shouldn't apply when going to or home from work,
