non-sexual harassment

The state is: nevada. i am a manager at a resturant and one of the managers above me is harassing me with alot of name caling and yelling when im working with her. a reasonable person should have known what she was doing was unwelcome. it has created a unwelcome and offensive work environment for me. she does this where other employees and customers can hear it and it humiliates and embarrasses me. she has no legitmate purpose to act the way she is acting. now after this last time i cant walk into work because i feal so humiliated. this is not the first time she has did this and on two other times when i went to my managers above her did nothing to prevent the harassment. and now this is the 3rd time and after telling managment that i was looking into geting a lawyer they are looking into whats going on. i need some help what should i do?The state is:
