Is there a law that states an employer should get a break after working so many hours in a day? If so how long before they get a break and how long should it be?

    • Only eight states require rest breaks. Meal breaks are required by a number of states.

ID, however, is not one of them.

    • Laws on meal and rest breaks are state specific. Idaho law does not require any.

    • From what I see, only eight of the fifty states mandate breaks.

Idaho is not one of those.

      You could change that.
